Reporting to: Managing Director

The Role

As a hugely capable digital professional, you play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our SEO offerings. As Head of SEO you are required to deliver sophisticated strategies, get your hands dirty on campaigns and build a team around yourself as well as co-ordinating with our internal teams to provide the best services and results for clients.

You are responsible for pioneering SEO within the agency as a high-performing and accountable channel.

  • All aspects of SEO management including, but not limited to, keyword research, link building, on-site reviews, link building, content creation, link building and reporting. Did I mention links?
  • Working alongside the sales and account management teams to devise search strategies for clients Managing the company’s own SEO plans and positioning
  • Building and managing a team of search marketers, leading and motivating them

Digital Strategist

We’re looking for a talented, proven Digital Strategist to join our thriving team. If you’re a digital expert who loves all things digital, thrives on creating and rolling out strategic plans for clients, loves the challenge of understanding client goals and delivering and leading cohesive plans to achieve the goals, then we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As an experienced online professional, you will be responsible for leading digital strategy on a selection of of clients. Working alongside the Digital Strategy Director, you will have a broad and solid understanding of the digital space and will work with clients to provide long-term planning and success measures for each and every campaign we manage.

Search Marketing Intern

So here’s the deal… If you’re looking to get into the search marketing arena, and want a fantastic opportunity to learn and get involved with all things digital, then we may just have the job for you. We’re looking for the most driven, ambitious, enthused, charming and downright brilliant people we can get to join our team.

So what’s the role?

Working closely with our Director of Digital Advertising and the search teams, the right candidate will be assisting in the creation and running of top-class PPC & SEO campaigns, from high profile agency clients to our own in-house, award-winning websites. The right candidate will be a dynamic, smart and ambitious individual, who wants to live and breathe all things online.

While this is a starting position, it serves as a great entry into the digital marketing sector. We greatly believe in rewarding hard work and offer fantastic opportunities for growth and greater responsibility. As part of the role, candidates can be expected to work through a vigorous training schedule before taking the Google exam and becoming a qualified Google professional.
