As Business Manager at Found, you will be responsible for managing multi-channel client relationships and contributing to the smooth and successful running of client campaigns and accounts. You will be responsible for understanding clients’ objectives (both business and digital KPIs) and what success looks like for them, working with the specialist teams to ensure we are creating and delivering strategies that will meet our clients’ needs, and ultimately go above and beyond them. You will understand digital channels (PPC, Paid Social, SEO and Content) and be able to assess what the best direction is to achieve results for our clients. You will be a driver and someone who is curious and resilient – we are looking for someone who can really drive our accounts forward in terms of growth, retention and client satisfaction.
As a valuable member of the growth team, you will play a vital part in the smooth-running of Found’s client accounts, through the involvement, management and implementation of internal processes from client reporting to leading client meetings and building a strong relationship with key stakeholders.
