Find out moreDigital Disruptors is a programme co-founded by our Chairman, Tina Judic, and PR Lead, Julie York. Set up in memory of Nicky McShane — one of the digital industry's most exuberant and progressive digital marketers — the programme is on a mission to encourage young people to investigate digital and the options it provides as a career choice. Now in its third year, the programme reaches young people of all backgrounds, aged between 13 and 19, providing them with an opportunity to learn about this exciting and fast-paced industry.

Helping support the community is a big part of Found’s mission. We have a huge desire to share our passion for learning and do this through training academies with universities, presentations at schools and partnering with charities. We work alongside our partnered charity, The Hebe Foundation, which supports young people in learning life and employment skills; through mentorship, work experience, workshops and more. Not to mention the various fundraisers we run throughout the year from Found Bake Off and quiz nights to marathon running and stand-up comedy. We've also partnered with Matchable, a platform that embeds social impact into businesses by matching them with innovative volunteering projects.

Our team are the heartbeat of Found so we like to take care of them. Helping employees develop their careers is one thing we do.
