Found, the digital performance agency behind Everysearch™, has announced four senior appointments as it ramps up its ambition to lead the UK’s AI-powered marketing movement.

At the heart of this step-change is the appointment of Dora Moldovan as Chief AI Officer. A renowned AI leader and founder of data and AI consultancy Braidr, Dora has already been instrumental in embedding advanced AI capabilities across Found and the wider Tomorrow Group. This formal appointment reflects the momentum already underway with her remit now extending further to accelerate how AI transforms the way brands scale, perform, and lead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Dora Moldovan, Chief AI Officer, commented:

To support its next phase of growth, Found has expanded its leadership team with three senior hires – including two group-level appointments – bringing the expertise to elevate performance, unlock creativity, and accelerate commercial impact.

Cameron Gunn joins as Chief Growth Officer, following his role as Co-CEO at Emperor. He will lead Tomorrow Group and Found’s commercial strategy, drawing on his expertise in agency leadership and client development to fuel long-term growth.

Andrew Purdy joins as Chief Delivery Officer, with over 20 years’ experience leading digital transformation at scale. He’ll focus on driving pace, quality and impact across the agency’s output, building the operational backbone for smarter growth.

Ric Rodriguez joins as Director of Strategy. With experience across scale-ups, global brands and emerging technology, he’ll focus on using audience insight to shape strategies that drive real business growth.

These moves follow a £1 million investment in proprietary audience insight technology Luminr, underpinning Found’s Everysearch™ approach, giving brands a complete view of consumer behaviour across every searchable platform, from Google and TikTok to Amazon and ChatGPT.
